Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers rooms with a very comfortable bed and beautiful views of the castle. The service, however, was slow and lacking customer care. Its location is fantastic, right next to the main plaza of Chinchón. The dining experience provided original dishes. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel offers stunning views of the castle from the rooms, very comfortable beds, and good facilities right in the charming old town of Chinchón. However, the service, from the front desk to the room cleaners, can be slow and uncaring. The location is perfect, close to the famous Chinchón square and various gardens, but dining options may be a little pricey. Homemade tofu is available for dining. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in service.
The hotel offers great views to the castle and very comfortable beds but the service is slow and lacks customer care. The location is stunning in the old town, right by the square, but the artisan bread dining experience was disappointing.
I had a great time at the hotel, especially with the stunning views of the castle from my room. The beds were super comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the service was a bit slow, and they could have been more attentive to customer needs.
